This release followed the relatively uncommon Yeezy 500 High "Tyrian," which hit the shelves in May 2020. Similar to its predecessor, the "Mist Slate" edition features a plush neoprene base in a muted grey tone. Adding depth to the design, darker grey tumbled leather overlays adorn the toe and collar sections. Additionally, Mist Slate-colored suede accents embellish the toe, mudguard, and heel areas. Notably, the shoe incorporates the Feet You Wear sole unit from Kobe Bryant’s third Yeezy signature shoe, lending it a distinct basketball-inspired aesthetic.
